This privacy policy explains how Domi Online collects and processes personal data. (Last updated: 15.10.22) The declaration contains information about your rights when storing personal data through a customer relationship or contact with Domi Online, in accordance with current privacy legislation. Domi Online does not share personal information with others, or use the information for purposes other than those stated in this privacy policy.

Who is responsible for processing?

Domi Online, by the general manager, is responsible for processing the company's personal data. The data controller has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all processing and handling of personal data takes place in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Purpose and which personal data is stored

To ensure good service and correct handling of the customer relationship, Domi Online stores information about you. The information is used to be able to fulfill our obligations to you, as well as maintain the service you expect.

  • a. Use of the website. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information. To process a support case or inquiry we company name, name, mobile number and e-mail. This is necessary to contact you. We also store the IP address used when submitting the form/chat.
  • b. Newsletter per e-mail. When registering your email address to receive newsletters, we store your email address, IP address and your activity in the newsletters we send out. When sending out Alpha, Beta or any log in keys in the case of customer relations with Domi Online, we store customer information such as company name, organization number, contact person(s), e-mail address, address, telephone number as well as order details/product information. In order to ensure handling of the customer relationship, we are dependent on storing this information.
  • d. When playing Domi Online. We store your name and e-mail address and other related sign up information.
  • e. Cookies. Are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a website. These are usually used to improve your user experience and remember who you are so you stay logged in. The purpose of cookies is to provide the website with basic functionality such as session management, analysis, personalization and marketing.     The information is stored with us as long as you have an active customer relationship or as long as the information is relevant and we need the information. Information is kept confidential and will not be distributed to other third parties outside of what is specified in this agreement.

The legal basis for the processing

    We have grounds for processing personal data in accordance with EU's Personal Data Protection Regulation, among other things because the processing of personal data is necessary to provide you with our services.

Access to the information

In order to ensure that the processing of information with us takes place in a secure manner, only employees of Domi Online have access to the information you give us. Domi Online has entered into agreements with various distribution partners, who distribute our newsletters and other marketing. The distribution partners are:

  • Facebook – provider of digital services

  • Moosend - provider of newsletter and contacts

We will not share personal data with our distribution partners to a greater extent than is necessary to complete the purpose, for example sending newsletters.Domi Online has contracted that our suppliers or partners cannot use or provide your personal data for other purposes without permission.

How do we secure the information?

Domi Online has established rules and routines for the protection of personal data and privacy.   • You always have the right to request access to the information we have about you (applies to job seekers and former employees). For all other registered users, this declaration states what we have registered about you
  • You always have the right to request that information about you be deleted, but as this declaration shows, we cannot always comply with this request

Enforcement of this Privacy Policy

Domi Online can use the information we collect about you when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against persons or companies that may harm you, us, or others. We may also disclose your information when we believe the law requires it.
